Most cats have a natural way of hiding or masking their illnesses.  This may drive many cat owners crazy with worry when they have trouble diagnosing what the problem could be.  Cats are usually so great at hiding their illness that by the time you actually notice the symptoms, the illness has greatly advanced.

Some pet-health sites like may help generate an idea of the problem, but they should never replace the diagnosis or professional opinion of your veterinarian.

It’s good to bring your cat in every 6 months for a regular check-up.  Remember to communicate as well as possible with your vet.  They are there to help, diagnose and treat your pet, but they can’t do it alone.

Thanks for caring!
