Thank you for inquiring of our professional pet care services. 

 

I would love to make sure all of your questions are answered.  I’ll try to explain as much as possible in this email.  But sometimes that is tough.  If I miss anything, or if you have other questions, please give us a call here at the office at 480-560-3753 so I can clarify. 

 

We, Absolute Pet Care LLC, have been in business for 4.5 years.  We are licensed, bonded, fully insured (covers all pets AND your home while we are on duty), and all employees are certified in pet first aid.  We ARE NOT friends, neighbors, relatives, or anyone else who is not qualified to care for pets.  All employees are full time and perform all pet sitting tasks for a living.  We are a full time pet care company who employs ONLY professionals. 

 

We offer our clients lifetime registration.  Once you register with us, as long as you reside in our service area, you will ALWAYS be a client.  Years down the road when you add pets, we simply update your file and will always be able to take care of your pets. 

 

Pricing: Our pricing is at the low end for what we do.  For 2 pets, we charge $28 per visit.  If you check around with other companies, it’s comparable.  Most are $25 – $38 per visit.  If you find someone charging less than $25 per visit, that is a MAJOR red flag.  It is a sign that they are either not professional, lack something major as insurance, or they simply will not be in business for very long.  Which means that the next time you have a trip, that person/business will likely not be in service.  This happens all the time in our industry.  We receive several calls every week from pet owners who chose someone else because they were cheaper, and then came to us anyway because the others didn’t work out. 

 

Now, as a client, YOU have the ability to create your own schedule for your dogs.  We DO NOT tell you what you need, and force you into paying for unnecessary visits.  That is what some other businesses do.  We help our clients, not take advantage of them.  

 

We offer a variety of options to help you and your dogs.  We can do pet sitting visits, where we visit for playtime, feeding, watering, walking, etc.  You have the ability to schedule as many visits per day as you like.  We also offer overnights because some pets feel abandoned when left alone.  We work with you to help determine what you are comfortable with.

 

I apologize for taking up much of your time with this explanation.  It’s just that when it comes to your pets, home and what we do for our clients, there is so much to discuss.

I have ALWAYS told prospective pet parents, “Even if for some reason you don’t choose us to care for your pets and home, PLEASE use a professional.  Your pets and home are far too valuable to trust to an amateur.  Remember, if you think a professional is expensive, just wait until you hire an amateur.  There is a WORLD of difference’
