Another DOG FOOD RECALL

Due to potential contamination with Listeria Monocytogenes, OC Raw Dog, LLC of Santa Margarita, CA has issued a recall of its raw frozen dog food.

With a manufactured date of 10/11/2017, lot number 3652, and a Use by date of 10/11/18, the affected product includes 1,560 pounds of Chicken, Fish & Produce Raw Frozen Canine Formulation.

OC Raw Dog Chicken, Fish & Produce Doggie Dozen Patty Bag
Package: 6.5 pounds

This contamination is still under investigation. However, it is believed there has been no reported illnesses connected to this product.

This lot was shipped to sell in the following states:

Florida, California, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Colorado, Vermont.

I am curious to know how pet owners learn about pet food recalls like this. I follow pet food recalls urgently in order to help warn pet owners. Just the thought of an innocent pet becoming ill due to something like this is so disturbing.
