The company, Dog Goods USA, is expanding a recent recall to include all 30-packs of Berkley Jensen Pig Ear Dog Chews due to possible salmonella contamination.
The affected products have been distributed nationwide in retail stores. This is part of a now expanded recall after the Rhode Island Department of Health found salmonella bacteria during testing of the Berkley Jensen Pig Ear Dog Chews.
This particular recall includes the packaged pig ears branded Chef Toby Pig Ears with the lot codes below:
Dog Goods USA purchased the contaminated goods from a single supplier in Brazil from September 2018 through August 2019.
